Magic Temper®

The Magic Temper® is designed as an innovative tempering machine for batches of chocolate specifically for the artisan chocolatier and R&D centers. With a daily output of up to 400 kg or 880 lb., it makes tempering chocolate an easy and fast process for coating and glazing pralines and ganache, and can also be used for preparing chocolate for fillings by a technique known as injection or insemination.

Now available in 2 sizes: 1.5 kg and 3 kg.
